The following points must be strictly adhered to while submitting the paper:

1. The manuscript must be prepared using the standard Springer conference template. Full papers (up to 10 pages, one-column format, without author information) must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT portal.
2. Author names and affiliations must not be included in the manuscript. Author details should be entered only in the CMT system. Any attempt to disclose author names or affiliations during the review stage will result in immediate rejection without further processing.
3. No addition, removal, or modification of author information (including author order and corresponding author) will be permitted at the camera-ready stage or at any subsequent stage. Author details must exactly match those provided in the CMT system.
4. A minimum of five keywords must be included in the manuscript.
5. All references must be cited within the text, and the reference list should contain recent, state-of-the-art works.
6. The IETE Program Committee treats plagiarism as serious professional misconduct. The Similarity Index must be below 10%, with not more than 2% similarity from a single source. AI-generated content must be less than 20%.
7. Each submitted paper will undergo a double-blind peer review process after initial scrutiny.
8. Papers not conforming to the publisher’s guidelines will be rejected without further consideration.
9. Papers conforming to submission guidelines will be evaluated based on originality, technical depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contribution, and readability.
10. Acceptance decisions will be communicated to authors via email.
11. Authors of accepted papers must revise their manuscripts strictly according to reviewer comments and submit the final camera-ready paper within the stipulated deadline.
12. The camera-ready submission must strictly comply with the reviewers’ reports.

• Scanned copy of the payment proof
• Filled-up and signed copyright form
• Filled-up registration form Camera-ready paper both in word/latex as well as PDF format
• Signed Author’s agreement form.

Please complete the registration and uploading of the above documents within stipulated time in order to ensure publication of the paper in LNNS, Springer Nature. Also the zip file must be sent to icsms2026@iete.org . REGISTRATION and PRESENTATION of each paper is must to include the paper in the Publisher. Your camera ready manuscript must contain followings Affiliations, address and emails of all authors At least three Key Words under keyword section All references should be referred from the text of the article along with some state-of-the-art references Both source(Latex/Word) and pdf version of the article Formatting must be as per LNNS, Springer Nature Template
